Refunds for Returns

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email update. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the return shipping and restocking fees listed below.

Return Fees

To keep our prices fair and sustainable, we ask customers to share in the cost of returns. These small fees help cover the logistics and processing of returned items:

• Return Shipping Fee: A flat $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will also be deducted to cover processing and handling.

Refund Timing

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven’t seen the refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].
