Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us right away at [email protected] with your order number. 

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible to start a return (see our Return Policy)
