At Empowered Cooks, we do our best to make sure every order arrives safely. However, once a package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
If your order appears to be lost in transit:
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and any details you have.
We’ll help you review the tracking information and guide you on the next steps.
Please note: We are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep any related documentation, such as the tracking number and shipping confirmation, as it may be required.
If you received your order but it arrived damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim. Photos of the damage may also be requested by the carrier.

We know how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged package, and we want to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team at [email protected] as soon as possible after delivery. Be sure to include:
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label, if possible)
Our team will carefully review the details.
If the damage occurred on our end, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
If the damage occurred during shipping, we kindly ask that you file a claim directly with the carrier (post office), since we have no control over the package once it leaves our facility.
Please note: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing your claim, as the carrier may request them. You may also need to provide photos of the damage.
