• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Perishable / discounted / limited edition items are not eligible for return.

• Non-returnable: Digital products cannot be returned or refunded, except in specific cases.

• Fees: A $7 return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• International: Returns and refunds are not available for international orders.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days, minus return shipping and restocking fees. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
