My order was marked delivered but it’s not hereUpdated a day ago

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, here are a few steps to try:

1. Check around your property, mailbox, porch, or garage. Carriers may leave packages in a safe location.

2. Ask neighbors, building management, or anyone in your household who may have collected the package.

3. Review the shipping address in your order confirmation email to ensure it was entered correctly.

4. Wait 1–2 business days, as packages are occasionally marked delivered before they arrive.

5. If you still can’t locate it, reach out directly to the shipping carrier and file a claim.
