I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?Updated 20 hours ago
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, here’s what you need to know:
If the package has not been shipped yet:
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with the correct address.
If the order hasn’t left our warehouse, we can update the address and ship your order to the correct location.
If you’re adding or removing items at the same time, we can combine shipments and refund any difference in shipping costs if applicable.
If the package has already shipped but has not been delivered:
You may attempt to update the delivery through USPS using their Package Intercept service:
Visit USPS Package Intercept.
Enter your tracking number and follow the instructions to redirect the package to a new address or hold it at a USPS location.
Limitations of USPS Package Intercept:
Not all packages are eligible.
Packages must have a USPS tracking barcode.
International shipments are not eligible.
Oversized or very heavy packages may not qualify.
USPS may charge a fee for redirecting the package.
If the package cannot be redirected, it will usually be returned to us. This is generally better than being delivered to the wrong address, because we can then reship it to the correct address (please note, you will need to cover shipping costs for the second delivery).
If the package was delivered to the wrong address:
You may try contacting the recipient or visiting the delivery address if possible, but success is not guaranteed.
