If you purchased a digital product by mistake, here’s our policy:
If you have already downloaded, accessed, or used the digital product:
We cannot issue a refund once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
If you have not downloaded or accessed the product:
We can issue a full refund immediately.
Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will process the refund.
Important:
Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
