If you purchased a digital product by mistake, here’s our policy:

• If you have already downloaded, accessed, or used the digital product:

  • We cannot issue a refund once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

• If you have not downloaded or accessed the product:

  • We can issue a full refund immediately.

  • Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will process the refund.

Important:

• Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
