How do I start a return?Updated a day ago

Our return policy allows returns for unused items in their original packaging purchased within 30 days. Please note that perishable, discounted, or limited-edition items are not eligible for return.

To start a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number to request a return.

2. Wait for approval. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions via email.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the return label.

4. Ship your return within 2 weeks of approval.

Important notes:

• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• A $7 return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
