How do I cancel my order?Updated a day ago
To cancel an order, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible - but you may be eligible to start a return.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.
Return Fees
To keep our prices fair and sustainable, we ask customers to share in the cost of returns. These small fees help cover the logistics and processing of returned items:
- Return Shipping Fee: A flat $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will also be deducted to cover processing and handling.
Refund Timing
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven’t seen the refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].
