Yes, refunds are available for eligible items returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please note:
Digital products are non-refundable (see Non-Returnable Items).
Exchanges are not currently offered - instead, you can return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number to request a return.
Wait for approval. If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label with instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, affix the label, and ship it back within 2 weeks of approval.
Refund processing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus a $7 return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.
Please remember your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at [email protected].
