Can I edit or add anything to my order?Updated a day ago
We’re happy to help if you need to make a change, but it depends on whether your order has already shipped.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet:
We can edit your order by removing items you no longer want and refunding you for those.
If you’d like to add items, you can place a new order for them. We’ll combine the shipments whenever possible, and if the combined shipping cost ends up being less than what you paid separately, we’ll refund you the difference.
If your order has already shipped:
We’re unable to make edits or combine shipments. However, you’re welcome to place a new order separately.
