If you purchased a digital product but haven’t received it, here are a few quick ways to access your files:

1. Log into Your account: 

Click here to get to the log in page. Here you can view all past purchases and you'll see the links to download your purchases on the order history page.

2. Check Your Email

• Look for an email from Pine & Pepper with the subject line:
  "Your Pine & Pepper #PP [order number] content"

• Make sure to check your spam or junk folder in case it was filtered there.

1. Access Your Downloads

   • In the email, click the “Access Downloads” button.

   • This will redirect you to a page listing all the items included in your order.

2. Download Your Files

   • Click the download button next to each item.

   • Your files will typically be saved to your Downloads folder on your computer or tablet.
