• If you purchased a Digital Cookbook, log in to your account on our store site to access your downloads. 

2. Reset Your Password (If Needed)

• If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the correct website for your product.

• You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password and regain access.

3. Avoid Using the Wrong Site

• Trying to log in on a website for a product you haven’t purchased will result in an error. Make sure you’re on the correct site for your subscription.
